Complete the Enrollment Forms that match your region
Each student applying to Inspire Academy must have a completed application form that
is fully finished and submitted in our FACTS management software. Student location
makes a difference in which forms to complete as they report to the corresponding
states due to participation in the Choice Scholarship funds. Please make sure that you
follow the correct links. After the application forms are formally submitted, the staff will
meet with the administration to determine acceptance. Parents should receive a formal
letter letting them know if and when the student’s application has been accepted. There
will be a follow-up set of instructions sent to you regarding the last of the paperwork to
complete and be ready for school to begin.

Once the administration has completed their review of the application forms and met to
determine applicant status. Parents will be notified that they are either approved for
admissions, or notified that we are not able to accept their student at this time. If
approved for admission, a link will open in your parent portal in FACTS to complete the
remaining guardianship information forms and permissions. These will need to be
completed in order for laptop and textbook preparations to be completed.

Inspire Academy is a private school sponsored by the joint cooperative of the Indiana
and Wisconsin Conferences of Seventh-day Adventist Education Departments. As
such, Inspire Academy follows the standards consistent with the Seventh-day Adventist
Accrediting Association, the North American Division (NAD) Office of Education, and the
education departments in the states of Indiana and Wisconsin. We use NAD curriculum
frameworks to ensure academic rigor aligned with national benchmarks, Biblical
worldview integration, and college and career readiness.
For many students, the Choice Scholarship programs in Indiana and Wisconsin cover
all of the costs of attending Inspire Academy. There are some cases where students
are not able to participate in these programs, or their county’s reimbursement does not
fully cover the operational costs, please contact the principal for the latest tuition
information. Students located outside of Indiana and Wisconsin are encouraged to apply
and join Inspire Academy. Please contact the principal for the latest tuition information.
We welcome students in grades 1-8 of all faiths who are supportive of our Christian
values and lifestyle expectations.
Students of all academic abilities are encouraged to apply. Our teaching staff work with
students where they are to help them grow in their learning path and pace to develop
