Ways to Contact Teachers

📞 Communicating with Teachers

At Inspire Academy, we believe that strong communication between families and teachers is an important part of student success. Our teachers are committed to supporting students and partnering with parents throughout the school year.

📱 Phone Calls and Text Messages

Once your student is enrolled, registered, and ready to begin classes, parents will receive their teacher’s direct phone number. Parents may use this number for both text messages and phone calls.

Teachers are typically available to take calls for approximately 30 minutes before and after school, although they may occasionally be assisting students during those times. If a teacher is unavailable, please leave a message, send a text, or email, and they will respond as soon as possible.

Teachers are committed to supporting both students and families and may be available at additional times by arrangement when needed.

⚠️ Technology Emergencies

If your student is unable to attend class due to computer, internet, or technology issues, please let your teacher know as soon as possible.

When contacting the teacher, please indicate the urgency of the situation so that they can prioritize returning your call and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

💬 Additional Communication Options

Parents and students are encouraged to communicate with teachers whenever questions arise. Communication options include:

  • 📧 Email
  • 📱 Text message
  • 📞 Phone calls
  • 💬 Microsoft Teams Chat
  • 🖥️ Other approved school communication tools

We encourage students to ask questions promptly rather than waiting, so that they receive the support they need to be successful.

🛡️ Student Communication and Safety

In accordance with best practices for student safety, students are encouraged to communicate with teachers using school-approved communication methods that can be monitored, including:

  • Microsoft Teams
  • School email
  • Canvas messaging and other approved class software

If non-school communication methods are used, we encourage parents to either be present during the communication or be included in the conversation whenever appropriate.

Parents are always welcome to communicate directly with teachers through email, text messages, or phone calls.

🤝 Partnering for Student Success

Open communication helps students receive timely support and allows families and teachers to work together effectively. Whether you have a question about an assignment, technology issue, schedule concern, or academic progress, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help and look forward to partnering with you throughout the school year. 📚✨
